NPosition Overview
nWe are looking for 2 energetic, highly communicative Customer Support Interns to join our customer operations team for a 3-6 month duration. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B SaaS support operations, working directly with enterprise retail and QSR clients. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance, problem-solving skills and ownership during the internship will be eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role.

- Manage day-to-day incoming client queries and support tickets via email, chat and phone on our ticketing platform. N
- Assist enterprise storemanagers and operational heads with platform onboarding, feature navigation, and account configurations. N
- Perform basic troubleshooting for user issues, workflow errors, and data sync queries before escalating to senior technical specialists. N
- Maintain transparent communication with clients in fluent English, providing timely updates on ticket status. N
- Help create, update andorganize articles for our customer Knowledge Base and self-help guide. N
- Track and log recurringuser questions to assist the product team in identifying usability improvements. N
