NRole Overview
nWe are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, manage strategic BFSI accounts, and expand our fintech solution footprint across banking and financial institutions.
NThe role requires strong enterprise sales experience, commercial ownership, OEM coordination, and strategic account expansion capabilities.

- Candidate must befrom the Fintech domain/ Must have banking knowledge. N




- Positive to have a domain knowledge of FRM, Banking payment and settlement. N
- Must be open to travel (as per business requirements across India) N
- 5–10 years of experience in BFSI / Fintech N
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets N
- Candidate must be from the FRM(Financial Risk Manager) N

nKey Responsibilities
NBusiness Development & Revenue Ownership

- Drive end-to-end sales cycle for BFSI customers N
- Acquire new banking andfinancial institution clients N
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract closures N
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management N

nAccount Management& Growth

- n
- Build solid relationships with IT, security, compliance, and CXO stakeholders N
- Drive recurring revenue(AMC, upgrades, support contracts, enhancements) N
- Identify cross-sell andupsell opportunities across fintech and OEM portfolios N
