NRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced and high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) – Enterprise Sales to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in B2B Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, Corporate Sales, or IT/Technology Sales.
NThe role requires solid experience in managing enterprise accounts, developing strategic relationships, owning the complete sales cycle, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new enterprise and corporate clients. N
- Identify high-value prospects and build a strong enterprise sales pipeline. N
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure. N
- Generate business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and other channels. N




- Engage with CXO-level and senior decision-makers to understand business requirements. N
- Conduct product/servicepresentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations. N
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers. N
- Prepare proposals, commercial presentations, and sales pitches. N
- Negotiate contracts andcommercials while ensuring business profitability. N
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. N
- Manage sales forecasts,pipeline reviews, and opportunity tracking through CRM. N
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to drive successful closures. N
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. N
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities. N
- Mentor and guide juniorsales team members when required. N
