- Resolve post-sales queries related to orders, installations, troubleshooting, and product usage. N

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and chat. N
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved on time. N
- Deliver a professional,friendly, and consistent support experience. N

nCRM & Documentation

- Record customer interactions and update the CRM accurately. N
- Track open cases and ensure timely follow-ups. N
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve products and processes. N

nTeam Collaboration

nWhat you'll need
