Job Description

- Should be a point of contact for Customer enquiries, internal team enquires and Payment Service Provider (PSP)inquiries.
- Provide timely resolution for all the escalated contacts (transactions, tickets, issues alerts & others),
- Review and process all withdrawal requests as per Standard Operating Procedure
- Proactively monitor failed payments and reconcile the same before reprocessing or cancel.
- Ensure payments made to processing centres and e-wallets are sent successfully and within time frames
- Collaborate with internal operational teams & cross-functionally to understand and resolve payments related issues.
- Review & provide end to end resolution of all internal inquiries.
- Dispute credit/debit chargeback cases with appropriate responses based on network guidelines to recover & prevent losses.
- Monitor deposits and withdrawals functioning, report any technical issues.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
