Key Tasks and Responsibilities

- Conduct early design stage simulations to assess climatic data and evaluate passive and active design strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on passive design strategies based on simulation results, effectively communicating design constraints and opportunities to key stakeholders.




- Maintain a high level of professional responsibility while delivering the required services.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with the sustainability team, presenting analysis results in a manner that is easily understood by the design team and clients.
- Collaborate with the sustainability team to provide the necessary evidence for achieving various sustainability certification requirements.
- Proficiency in performing daylight analysis, quality views assessments, open spaces simulations, and grasshopper calculations.
- Conduct detailed Universal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI) simulations to assess outdoor thermal comfort levels achieved by the design, proposing cost-effective strategies for improvement.
