About the Client: A major utility company providing electricity and natural gas services to millions of customers, operating a vast energy infrastructure.

Role Overview: This role is hybrid, with a preference for local candidates, requiring one day per week onsite at the OGO office. A client laptop will be provided. The consultant will provide expert consultation on change management approaches, plans, and practices, assisting in the implementation of these plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Change Management Consultation: Provide change management support for major initiatives, ensuring workforce readiness for technology, process, and organizational changes in alignment with Enterprise Change Standards. Assess needs, design plans for organizational readiness, and execute these plans in partnership with project managers and business sponsors, including coordinated Learning, Communication, and Engagement activities. Drive sustained adoption of change to maximize advantages.
- Learning and Communication Strategies: Identify and develop communication and training opportunities to facilitate understanding and garner support for change. Review and ensure the quality of training and communication plans and deliverables. May develop and implement communication plans for smaller projects.
- Risk Assessment:



Anticipate people-related risks and develop mitigation plans and actions.
- Ongoing Assessment & Evaluation: Evaluate and measure the success of change management strategies, plans, and actions, presenting findings. Develop project sustainability plans and monitor effectiveness at project close.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including management, union leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- OCM Governance: Integrate OCM Methodology into existing governance processes, participate in project evaluations, and design strategies to meet OCM requirements.
- Scope: Lead change management strategy, approaches, plans, and tactics for high-impact initiatives involving cross-functional teams across multiple business groups.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

- Completion of instructor-led change management training in a methodology aligned with the ACMP Standard.
- 8+ years of change management experience on large-scale change projects.
