Roles & responsibilities:

- Design anddevelopsoftware featuresandenhancementsbasedonbusiness requirements under guidance from senior engineers or managers.
- Analyzeuserneedsandcontributetosolutiondesign withinthescope ofassigned projects.
- Independentlyimplementwell-definedfeatures andfixbugsfollowingestablished coding standards.
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams toensuresmooth integrationbetween frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Participateincodereviews, provideconstructivefeedback,andlearnbestpractices from peers.
- Contributetomaintainingandimprovingcodequality,performance,and documentation.
- Support testing efforts by writing unit tests and assisting QA teams during validation.
- Troubleshootanddebugapplicationissuesacrossthestack,escalatingcomplex problems when needed.

Experience Required:

- 3-6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiencyinatleastonebackend language/framework(JavawithSpringBoot preferred).
- Hands-onexperiencewithfrontend technologies(HTML,CSS,JavaScript)andatleast one framework such as ReactJS or AngularJS.
- Workingknowledgeofrelationaldatabases(MySQL,PostgreSQL,orsimilar)and ability to write basic-to-intermediate SQL queries.




- Familiarity with REST API development and integration.
- Experiencewithversioncontrol toolslikeGitandcollaborativeworkflows(branching, pull requests).
- Exposuretoautomatedtesting frameworks(JUnitorsimilar)andanunderstandingof the importance of testing.
- UnderstandingofAgiledevelopmentpracticesandparticipationinsprints,stand-ups, and reviews.
- Basic knowledgeofcloud platforms(Azure,AWS,orGCP)andCI/CD pipelinesisa plus.
- Positive problem-solvinganddebuggingskills,withtheabilitytoworkindependentlyon assigned tasks.
