We are seeking a fresher or experienced dynamic Consultant and Team Leader to guide a team of professionals in delivering high-quality consulting services. This role involves both strategic advisory and hands-on leadership, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and develop tailored consulting solutions.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Develop and present project proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Skills: Solid leadership, project management, analytical thinking, problem-solving,



client relationship management, communication (written and verbal), presentation skills, strategic planning, team building, change management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or any Graduate or Post graduate . Both Freshers and experienced are welcome.
- Attributes: Proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, strong ethical compass, strategic mindset.
