- Proper space planning and EHS. N

- Liaison with local municipality/corporation for any building related work, Licenses, Invoices and AMC N

- n
- Support inbuilding operations and communication with all the relevant support teams to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction N

n
- n
- Solve member-related issues and manage member expectations N

n
- n
- Create MISreports for all mandatory statutory compliance and AMC's N

n
- n
- Supervise Housekeeping and Security operations along with the Facility Manager & parking. N

nSkills & Qualification Required:

- n
- Minimum Experience required – 3 years N

n
- n
- Solid knowledge of maintaining building facility N

n
- n
- Should have hands on experience on MEP N

nEngineering/ Technical degree or diploma.
