nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Manage Fixed Asset Accounting, including capitalization, depreciation recalculation, and profit/loss on asset disposals. N
- Ensure accurate TDS deductions and timely filing of TDS returns. N
- Prepare and file the Company's Income Tax Return (ITR) and Tax Audit Report, including all applicable schedules. N
- Perform inter-company balance reconciliations across group companies. N
- Generate, review,



and analyze COGS consumption reports. N
- Execute monthly depreciation runs and ensure accurate accounting in the ERP system. N
- Lead monthly financial closing in ERP and Tally. N
- Prepare the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, financial schedules, and Notes to Accounts. N
- Monitor daily cash flowand support working capital management. N
- Coordinate bank limit renewals, insurance renewals, and banking documentation. N
- Handle Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC) for international vendors and related agreements. N
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and inventory valuation for books of accounts and banking requirements. N
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls. N
- Coordinate with statutory, tax, and internal auditors and support audit requirements. N
