Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager at Biz2X, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of complex, enterprise-scale lending platform projects for banks and NBFCs in India and international markets.This is a high-impact role combining strategic oversight and execution. You'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful and timely project delivery aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.

- Lead full-cycle delivery of Biz2X SaaS lending implementations across large-scale financial institutions. N
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks. N
- Run project governance structures—Steering Committees, status reviews, and stakeholder updates. N
- Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering robust relationships with both business and technical stakeholders. N




- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams of 15+ members including BAs, Solution Architects, Engineers, and QAs. N
- Align delivery efforts with contractual obligations, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. N
- Work cross-functionallywith Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams. N
- Track delivery KPIs andreport progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership. N
- Coach and mentor delivery team members to uphold best practices and excellence. N
- Oversee third-party vendors involved in project execution. N
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives—methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks. N
