N1. Team Leadership and Management:
N- Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and other design professionals.
N- Foster a creative and collaborative work environment.
N- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
N2. Design Strategy and Execution:
N- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
N- Ensure the design team produces high-quality, on-brand design solutions.
N- Oversee the creation ofwireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
N3. Brand Consistency, Visual Identity & Rebranding
N- Brand Guidelines Implementation:



Implement and update brand guidelines to establish a cohesive and up-to-date visual identity.
N- Visual Identity Creation: Design consistent brand elements, including logos, fonts, and color schemes, tailored to the fashion and beauty segments.
N- Rebranding Projects: Lead the creative direction for rebranding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and vision.
N4. Collaboration and Communication:
N- Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design meets user needs and business goals.
