Job DescriptionWe are looking for a recent qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join our Internal Audit team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, business process reviews, and data analytics within a quick-growing NBFC.
NThe candidate will work closely with senior management and business teams to strengthen internal controls, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal policies.
NKey Role & Responsibilities:
NInternal Audit Execution

- n
- Assist in planning and execution of risk-based internal audits across business LAP, LAS, Treasury and support functions. N
- Perform process walkthroughs and testing of financial, operational, compliance, and IT controls. N
- Prepare audit workpapers in accordance with Internal Audit Standards. N
- Assist in drafting audit observations, risk ratings, and practical recommendations. N





nRegulatory & Compliance Reviews

- n
- Support audits covering RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs N
- Review compliance with credit policies and approval matrix, SOPs, Board-approved frameworks, and regulatory guidelines. N
- Participate in thematicand regulatory reviews. N
- Review compliance with credit policies and approval matrix N
- Verify KYC, CKYC, AML compliance N

nDocumentation & Disbursement Controls

- Verify completeness of loan documentation N
- Review mortgage/pledge creation and disbursement controls N
- Review EMI, interest application, MTM monitoring, and insurance coverage N

nAsset Classification & Income Recognition

- Verify IRAC norms, SMA/NPA identification, provisioning N
- Prepare audit reports and track closure of observations N
