About the Company

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Community Manager Intern to help build and manage Oben Electric’s online community across social media and digital platforms. This role will be responsible for engaging with our audience, managing outreach program, and identifying trends.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should be active on social media, have robust communication skills, understand internet culture and trends, and have a genuine interest in motorcycles, electric vehicles, and digital communities.

Responsibilities

Community Management & Engagement
- Manage and engage with the Oben community across social media and relevant digital platforms
- Initiate and participate in relevant conversations to increase community engagement

Community Engagement Growth Initiatives
- Support community-building activities including reels, stories, posts, online reviews
- Identify and engage with Oben riders, EV enthusiasts, brand advocates, and potential creators




- Support initiatives designed to increase participation and engagement within the Oben community

Content & Trend Identification
- Stay updated on social media trends, memes, conversations, and emerging content formats
- Identify relevant trends and community conversations that can be leveraged by Oben
- Support the content team with ideas based on trending topics and audience conversations
- Identify potential opportunities for user-generated content, creator collaborations, and community-led content

Customer Feedback & Insights
- Collect and organize customer feedback from social media and community platforms
- Identify frequently asked questions and recurring customer concerns
- Share actionable community insights with the marketing, sales, product, and customer support teams
- Track customer conversations around products, features, campaigns, and overall brand experience

Reporting & Analytics
- Track basic community metrics including engagement, comments, responses, mentions, and
