nAbout the Role
nAs a Technical Account Manager, you'll own the technical health of your customer accounts — onboarding, adoption, configuration, and ongoing support. You'll work across a mix of customers, from small teams to large enterprises, coordinating with internal teams to make sure they're genuinely getting value from our platform. This role runs on a 24x5 rotational shift model supporting global customers.
nWhat You'll Be Doing

- Lead technical onboarding from kickoff to the customer's first real winn
- Identify adoption blockers and build plans to solve themn
- Act as the go-to technical expert for complex customer use cases, running calls and deep-divesn
- Coordinate with TSE, ES, and Product teams to resolve issues and drive product feedbackn
- Keep account records, health data, and status updates currentn

nWhat We're Looking For

- n




- 2-5 years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role at a SaaS companyn
- Hands-on experience diagnosing adoption issues using logs, APIs, and usage datan
- Experience configuring or integrating a SaaS product in a real customer settingn
- Strong written and verbal communication in Englishn
- Comfort with a 24x5 rotational shift modeln
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experiencen

nNice to have: experience with test automation/QA tools, CI/CD pipelines, or platforms like Gainsight, Totango, Postman, Jira, or Salesforce.
