nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager- Accounts to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in account reconciliation, GST & TDS compliance, and vendor management within the eCommerce industry (mandatory). This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.
nResponsibilities

- Handle client and vendor account reconciliation on a regular basis.n




- Manage vendor invoice booking, verification, and posting in accounting systems.n
- Oversee payments and related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate disbursal.n
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure up-to-date financial records.n
- Perform TDS & GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.n
- Assist in GST return filing and coordinate with auditors for statutory submissions.n
- Monitor financial transactions, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.n
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.n
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve reconciliation or invoice discrepancies.n

nRequirements

- BCom degree (mandatory); additional certifications like MCom or CA Inter preferred.n
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the eCommerce or logistics industry.n
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.n
