nThe Location Head – Unsecured Loans (DSA Vertical) will be responsible for expanding and activating the DSA/channel partner ecosystem across assigned geographies. The role focuses on acquiring high-quality partners, enabling their productivity, and driving Personal Loan & Business Loan disbursement growth through structured field engagement.
nThis is a high-impact expansion role within Finance Buddha's emerging markets team.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Channel Partner Acquisition

- Identify and onboard recent DSAs, connectors, and channel partners across assigned statesn
- Build strong regional sourcing networks for Personal Loans & Business Loansn
- Drive partner acquisition aligned with monthly onboarding targetsn

n2. Partner Activation & Productivity

- Support newly onboarded partners during early-stage setupn
- Enable faster login-to-disbursement conversionn
- Conduct partner training on product programs, lender fitment, and documentation flowsn

n3. Relationship Management

- Act as the primary field contact for partners in the regionn
- Provide day-to-day business support to active partnersn
- Resolve escalations and improve turnaround time coordinationn
