- Supervise and standardize curriculum development across all technical programs.n

- Promote project-based learning, outcome-based education (OBE), and NEP 2020 compliance.n

- Build a research-oriented environment across technical departments.n

- Facilitate R&D; projects, patents, consultancies, and startup incubation.n

- Support faculty and students in obtaining research grants from national and international agencies.n

- n
- Ensure all technical programs meet standards of AICTE, UGC, NBA, and NAAC.n

- Manage institutional heads and support staff for seamless operation.n

- n
- Guide the recruitment of technical faculty as per AICTE norms.n

- Encourage organization & participation in national conferences, symposiums, FDPs and tech fests like hackathons, coding contests, robotics clubs, and technology events.n

- Develop partnerships with industry for internships, placements, and sponsored research.n

- Ensure timely conduct of lectures, evaluations, exams, and academic counseling.n
