nWe're looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) with strong conceptual thinking, hands-on creative leadership, and production experience, someone who can ideate, lead teams, and translate brand strategies into high-impact creative work across digital, social, and video platforms.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Creative Strategy & Conceptualisation
n

- Lead creative ideation for brand campaigns, digital films, social content, and integrated brand experiences.n
- Work closely with the strategy, content, and account teams to translate brand objectives into powerful creative narratives.n
- Develop creative decks, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling routes that are both strategic and culturally relevant.n
- Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on involvement in scripting, copywriting, and art direction when required.n

n2. Team Leadership & Creative Direction

- Oversee a team of writers, designers,



and art directors to ensure creative consistency and excellence.n
- Guide and mentor junior creatives, providing explicit direction and constructive feedback.n
- Ensure all work delivered is on-brand, on-brief, and meets our creative standards.n
- Review scripts, storyboards, campaign ideas, and final outputs before client presentations.n

n3. Production Collaboration

- Work closely with the in-house production and post-production teams to bring creative ideas to life.n
- Participate in pre-production, casting, styling, and on-set creative supervision when required.n
- Ensure creative integrity during execution from script to final edit.n
- Collaborate with directors, DOPs, and editors to ensure the tone, look, and feel align with brand intent.n
