nJob Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Coaches to support the coaching team at the High Performance Center. The coach will assist in delivering structured training programs, monitoring swimmer development, and maintaining a positive, disciplined, and athlete-centered training environment.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Coaching & Athlete Development:
nØ Assist senior coaches in delivering daily swimming training sessions.
nØ Supervise and coach swimmers during water and dry-land training.
nØ Support the development of technical skills across all four strokes, starts, turns, and finishes.
nØ Monitor attendance, training performance, and athlete progression.
nØ Assist with competition preparation and race analysis.
n2. Athlete Management:
nØ Promote discipline, punctuality, and skilled behavior among swimmers.
nØ Build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and staff.
nØ Support swimmer welfare and ensure a safe training environment.




nØ Assist in talent identification and athlete retention initiatives.
n3. Competition & Event Support:
nØ Attend competitions, training camps, and program activities as required.
nØ Assist with meet entries, warm-ups, race preparation, and post-race feedback.
nØ Support internal competitions and team-building activities.
n4. Administration & Reporting:
nØ Maintain training records and attendance data.
nØ Assist in collecting performance metrics and testing results.
nØ Submit reports and feedback to senior coaching staff.
nQualifications & Requirements:
nØ Diploma in Sports Coaching Swimming/Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.
nØ Recognized swimming coaching certification by (SAI, SFI, ASCA, or equivalent).
nØ Minimum 1 - 10 years of coaching experience.
nØ Good understanding of competitive swimming techniques and training principles.
nØ Strong communication and interper
