nSeeking a self-driven, super organized individual to join our Publishing Management team to assist Notion Press' authors publish their books seamlessly.
nIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

- n
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plann
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plann
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessaryn
- Resolving cross-functional issues at the project leveln
- Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessaryn
- Monitor project progress and performancen




- Provide status reports to the Team Managern
- Liaise with authors, internal teams, and updates progress to, Team Managern
- Customer Service, updating author on project status and progress on a daily basisn
- Work closely with authors to ensure the project meets the Industry standardsn
- Manage project evaluation and dissemination activitiesn
- Is accountable for the delivery of planned deliverables associated with the projectn
- Providing regular status reports to the Team Managern

- 0-2 years of customer-facing experiencen
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and writtenn
- Super Organized and has expert multitasking skillsn
- Loves talking to new peoplen
- Works well with a team and also individuallyn
- Positive Typing Skillsn
- Computer Skills – MS Excel and Wordn
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and/OR Tamil.n
