nMonitor case flow, quality, queue performance, and SLA/SLO compliance
nDrive operational excellence and process adherence
nLead coaching, onboarding, and training initiatives
nManage escalations and stakeholder communications
nAnalyze operational metrics and provide actionable insights
nWhat We're Looking For
nUnderstanding of Database Technologies
nStrong Service Operations and Metrics knowledge
nExperience with Case Management Systems & Dashboards
nReporting and Analytical Skills
nExcellent Communication and Stakeholder Management
nGood to Have: Google Cloud certifications and Cloud/Managed Services experience.
