n• Support parents and teachers over chat, email, and calls
n• Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution
n• Schedule and manage student classes
n• Be the relationship expert who keeps customers happy and coming back
nWhat we're looking for:
n• Prior customer service experience
n• Strong English communication
n• Bachelor's degree
n• Available to work from office (in-person role)
nTwo shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM–10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM–7 AM, one weekday off).
