- Solid expertise in spam & abuse mitigationn
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, SIEM. EDRn
- Robust understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARCn
- Experience managing operations in a 24×7 environmentn
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skillsn
- Experience with Proofpoint and email security workflows is highly desirablen

- Oversee daily operations and ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets are consistently achievedn




- Monitor and analyze trends in spam, phishing, spoofing, and email abusen
- Drive proactive mitigation strategies and security improvementsn
- Conduct incident reviews, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actionsn
- Leverage Splunk to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insightsn
- Ensure compliance with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other email security standardsn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multi-vendor partnersn
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automationn
