nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate – Renewals to join our GCC Renewals Team.
nIn this role, you will interact with existing customers across the GCC region, understand their requirements, support them with program renewals, and build strong long-term customer relationships.
nLocation: HSR Layout, Bangalore
nMarket: GCC
nWork Mode: Work From Office
nShift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
nEmployment Type: Full-Time
nImmediate joiners preferred
nCTC - 5 LPA to 5.5 LPA
nKey Responsibilities
n* Connect with existing customers across the GCC region regarding program renewals.
n* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable renewal options.
n* Explain Bhanzu's programs, benefits, and renewal plans clearly.
n* Follow up with customers and build strong long-term relationships.
n* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate guidance.
n* Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in CRM.
n* Work towards achieving individual and team renewal targets.
nEligibility Criteria
n* Graduate in any discipline.
n* Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, or Renewals can apply.
n* Strong communication skills in English.
n* Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n* Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
n* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
n* Comfortable working from the HSR Layout, Bangalore office.
n* Comfortable working the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift.
