nWe're looking for a creative, execution-focused skilled who can build and nurture our community while driving brand collaborations, influencer marketing, PR initiatives, paid marketing campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
nKey Responsibilities

- Build, engage, and grow Balance Nutrition's online community across social media platforms.n
- Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with influencers, creators, healthcare professionals, media partners, and strategic brand partners.n
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.n




- Plan and execute engaging campaigns that strengthen community participation and brand awareness.n
- Manage community engagement across social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing, ensuring timely and meaningful interactions.n
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.n
- Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and ROI.n
- Manage campaign CTAs, customer journeys, and marketing funnels to improve lead generation and conversions.n
- Drive user-generated content (UGC), customer success stories, testimonials, webinars, podcasts, live sessions, and community-led initiatives.n
- Collect customer feedback, conduct polls, analyze engagement metrics, and generate actionable insights.n
