nBrezQ is hiring a US Healthcare RCM Business Development professional to acquire new US clients for RCM and Medical Billing outsourcing services.
nResponsibilities
nAcquire new US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing clients.
nDevelop relationships with RCM Directors, Billing Directors, Practice Administrators, CFOs and COOs.
nConduct RCM discovery covering claims, coding, A/R, denials, payment posting, eligibility and prior authorization.
nUnderstand client RCM KPIs, workflow gaps, staffing requirements and revenue leakage.
nDevelop RCM solutions, proposals, SOWs and commercial models.
nLead solution presentation, negotiation and contract closure.
nBuild and manage a qualified US healthcare pipeline.
nMust Have




n5+ years selling US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing outsourcing services.
nProven new client acquisition / revenue generation track record.
nStrong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
nWorking knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, claims, EDI/837/835, clearinghouses, denials and A/R.
nUnderstanding of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer workflows.
nExperience with EHR/EMR and Practice Management systems.
nStrong consultative selling and contract negotiation skills.
nPreferred
nExisting US healthcare provider network.
nExperience selling end-to-end RCM outsourcing.
nExperience with percentage-of-collections, FTE or transaction-based RCM models.
nPrimary KPI: Recent US RCM clients and recurring revenue generated.
