nAbout the Role
nMedia Vantage is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the Founder who understands the fast-paced entertainment industry and can seamlessly manage the Founder's day-to-day business priorities. This role requires someone with robust coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills, along with prior experience in media, entertainment, talent or influencer marketing.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, travel and daily schedule.n
- Coordinate with celebrities, influencers, talent agencies, brands and internal teams.n
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MOMs and follow up on action items.n
- Create,



process and maintain client/vendor invoices, coordinate with the Accounts team, and ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups and documentation.n
- Track business expenses, invoices and other financial records related to the Founder's projects.n
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.n
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.n
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operational and strategic tasks.n

nRequirements

- n
- 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Founder's Office professional.n
- Mandatory: Experience in the entertainment, media, talent management or influencer marketing industry.n
- Strong understanding of the entertainment and creator ecosystem.n
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.n
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).n
- Highly proactiv
