nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced international setting, we'd love to hear from you.
nYou will work with a UK-based Property Management client and coordinate with both the local team in India and team members based in the UK. In-depth training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with experience as well as dynamic freshers.
Key Responsibilities :n
- n
- Work with a UK-based client in the Property Management sector.n
- Market properties on UK-based property portals.n
- Pursue email campaigns for available property stock with Councils and Charities in the UK.n
- Arrange property viewings for inquiries and referrals received from Councils and Property Portals.n
- Perform eligibility and affordability checks for clients.n
- Close clients by preparing agreements and coordinating signatures from both parties.n
- Effectively resolve discrepancies and client complaints.n




- Prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently.n

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Mandatory).n
- Excellent articulation and telephone manner.n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and flexibility.n
- Takes initiative while seeking advice and support when required.n

Shift Timings :n: Summer Timings : (Afternoon Shift)

- Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM – 10:30 PMn
- Saturday: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PMn

n: Winter Timings : (Afternoon Shift)

- Monday to Friday: 01:30 PM – 11:30 PMn
- Saturday: 01:30 PM – 8:00 PMn

nAlternate Saturdays are Off.
