WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR ARCHITECT

nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong design, technical, coordination, and project management skills with experience in handling architectural projects from concept to execution.
nKey Responsibilities
nLead and manage architectural design and planning for projects.
nDevelop concept designs, presentations, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
nCoordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants.
nReview drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
nHandle project documentation and maintain drawing schedules.
nConduct site visits and coordinate with project/site teams.
nMonitor project progress and resolve design and technical issues.
nEnsure timely completion of design deliverables.
nReview and approve architectural drawings prepared by junior team members.
nLiaise with clients, consultants, contractors,



and other stakeholders.
nGuide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
nEligibility & Skills
nB.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
nMinimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
nStrong knowledge of architectural design and construction detailing.
nProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office or relevant architectural software.
nStrong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and materials.
nExcellent design, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
nExperience in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
nCOA registration will be preferred.
