We are seeking an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee and manage Food & Beverage operations for Promoters
nand Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The role requires delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining the highest
nstandards of service excellence, and ensuring a personalized dining experience with utmost professionalism and
nconfidentiality.

nKey Responsibilities
n
n* Manage end-to-end F&B; operations for Promoters and UHNW guests.
n
n* Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences.
n
n* Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VVIP events, and special occasions.
n
n* Lead, train, and mentor the F&B; service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards.
n
n* Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement,



and other support teams for seamless operations.
n
n* Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
n
n* Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion.
n
n* Monitor inventory and vendor coordination for smooth operations.
n
n* Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail always.
n
nEligibility:
n
n* Graduate in Hotel Management (Mandatory).
n
n* Minimum 12 – 14 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels.
n
n* Proven experience in managing VVIP & UHNW client services is highly preferred
