About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the façade and architectural solutions industry.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales/business development experience , strong client-facing skills, and experience in building relationships with Architects, Façade Consultants, Developers, and other key stakeholders .
Candidates with experience in Façades, Aluminium Doors & Windows, Glass Façades, Glazing, Metal Façades, or related architectural products will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, client meetings, referrals, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct outbound and inbound meetings with potential clients, Architects, Façade Consultants, Developers, and other decision-makers.




- Present and pitch the company's products and services effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities within the architecture, construction, and façade ecosystem.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to drive conversions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, proposals, and business documents .
- Track leads, meetings, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions through CRM.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion objectives.
