n Role Description
nThis is a full-time, in office Occupational Therapist role based in Pune at Tasmmay Child Development School and Day Care.
nThe Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, functional, and self-care skills and design individualized therapy plans to support their participation in daily routines, school activities, learning, and play.




nKey responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions , documenting progress, updating intervention plans, and collaborating with educators, caregivers, psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals.
nThe role will also involve guiding families on home-based activities, adapting materials and environments to support participation, contributing to classroom strategies, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

- Conduct pediatric occupational therapy assessments.n
- Assess sensory processing, fine motor, gross motor, visual-motor, functional, and self-care skills.n
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.n
- Provide one-on-one and small-group occupational therapy sessions.n
