Role: Channel Sales – Relationship Manager | Architects & Builders
nAbout the role
nWe are looking for a confident and relationship-driven Channel Sales – Relationship Manager to build and manage strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and other premium real-estate ecosystem partners.
nThe role is focused on developing a solid referral and channel network, generating qualified opportunities, and converting relationships into consistent business for our premium interior design projects.
nKey Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, interior designers and real-estate professionals.n
- Identify and onboard new channel partners who cater to premium and luxury residential clients.n
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through the channel network.n
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations and relationship-building activities with partners.n
- Understand partner requirements and position our premium interior solutions accordingly.n




- Coordinate with the internal Sales, Design and Project teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.n
- Track leads, opportunities, conversions and channel performance.n
- Develop long-term partnerships rather than focusing only on one-time transactions.n
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, exhibitions and partner engagements.n
- Maintain regular follow-ups with architects and builders to stay top-of-mind for upcoming projects.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.n

nWhat We are looking for

- n
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Relationship Management or Business Development.n
- Experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, building materials, modular interiors, furniture or luxury products is preferred.n
- Strong existing network among architects, builders, developers or interior designers will be an ad
