nPosition: Full-Time Fashion Designer
nWe are looking for a creative, trend-focused and technically skilled Fashion Designer to join our growing kidswear team.
Key Responsibilitiesn
- n
- Design innovative and commercially viable collections for girls aged 1–10 yearsn
- Develop seasonal, festive, ethnic and casual collectionsn
- Create mood boards, colour palettes, design concepts and detailed design sheetsn
- Develop designs from initial concept through sampling and final productionn
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, embellishments and accessoriesn
- Coordinate closely with sampling, production and merchandising teamsn
- Conduct fashion and kidswear trend researchn
- Create and present 3D garment designs and visualisations using CLO 3Dn
- Make design modifications and 3D samples to reduce physical sampling timen
- Ensure designs maintain the brand's aesthetic, quality and commercial requirementsn

Requirementsn




- n
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing or equivalentn
- 2+ years of relevant fashion design experience, preferably in kidswearn
- Robust working knowledge of CLO 3D is mandatoryn
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Photoshop or equivalent design softwaren
- Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, patterns and finishingn
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, colours and silhouettesn
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detailn
- Ability to independently develop a collection from concept to productionn
- Strong communication and coordination skillsn
