nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for an AI Project Manager to drive execution across our AI-driven product and customer delivery initiatives. You'll be the connective tissue between engineering, AI architecture, and business stakeholders — turning ambitious roadmaps into shipped, working software. You'll also work closely with our Sales & Marketing function, translating technical capabilities into client-ready narratives and supporting the pipeline that fuels our growth.



This role suits someone who understands AI/ML project lifecycles well enough to ask the right questions, spot risk early, and keep delivery on track without needing to write the models themselves.
nWhat You'll Do
n● Own end-to-end project planning and delivery for AI/ML initiatives across Carbalyze, Carboventory, and customer delivery engagements
n● Translate business and client requirements into explicit technical scopes, timelines, and milestones in partnership with engineering and AI architecture teams
n● Track project health — timelines, blockers, dependencies, resourcing — and proactively flag risks before they become fires
n● Coordinate across a fully remote, distributed team to keep delivery aligned across time zones
n● Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives; keep documentation and status reporting current for leadership and clients
n● Partner with the Sales & Marketing team to support pre-sales efforts — providing technical input for pro
