nKey Responsibilities:

- Guide students through the admission process.n
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.n
- Provide accurate information about programs, fees, and career prospects.n
- Maintain student records and update the CRM regularly.n
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Robust counseling and persuasion abilities.n
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.n
- Prior experience in counseling, education, or inside sales is preferred.n
