Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Cosmic Trade Exchange.



Responsibilities include managing paid media campaigns (such as search, social, and display), conducting A/B tests on creatives and landing pages, and monitoring performance metrics to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition cost. The role involves close collaboration with product, growth, and customer support teams to refine messaging, improve funnel conversion, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints. The specialist will also analyze market trends, competitor activity, and user behavior to identify new opportunities and continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
