Job Description: Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function across a diversified group operating in the Technology, Travel and Education sectors.

The Group CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, listed-company compliance, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, risk management, investor relations, fundraising, acquisitions and corporate governance.

The successful candidate must have worked with a listed company for at least five years and possess robust knowledge of quarterly financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Prior experience in managing an IPO will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Leadership

* Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy in alignment with its growth objectives.
* Serve as a strategic adviser to the Chairman,



Board and senior management.
* Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning across all group companies.
* Establish financial performance indicators and provide actionable insights to business leadership.
* Evaluate new investments, business expansions and strategic initiatives.

Listed-Company Compliance

* Manage all quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements of a listed company.
* Ensure timely compliance with SEBI Regulations, Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) and stock-exchange requirements.
* Coordinate quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits.
* Prepare financial and compliance documents for the Board and Audit Committee.
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial results, shareholding information, related-party transaction disclosures and other statutory filings.
