We are looking for a technically strong and highly responsible Female-Technology & Operations Manager to manage our technology, project delivery, internal operations, and team performance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT/Technology, preferably with an MBA or equivalent management qualification, and practical understanding of Digital Marketing, AI Agents, AI Automation, CRM, WhatsApp Business API, software integrations, APIs, workflows, and SaaS technologies.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The candidate will be expected to understand technical problems, guide team members, coordinate projects, handle escalations, improve internal processes, and ensure that all client projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.
The person will act as the bridge between Technology, Operations, Team and Management.

Key Areas of Responsibility1. Technology Management
Understand and oversee the company's technology services and solutions.
Provide technical guidance to the team.
Analyse and resolve technical issues and escalations.




Review technical solutions before client delivery.
Coordinate API integrations, third-party tools and software platforms.
Understand CRM systems, automation workflows, AI Agents and WhatsApp Business API solutions.
Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain proper documentation of systems, integrations and processes.
Evaluate current technologies and tools that can improve service delivery.
2. AI & Automation Management
Oversee development and implementation of AI Agents and automation solutions.
Understand automation platforms, APIs, webhooks, workflows and integrations.
Identify repetitive business processes that can be automated.
Guide the team in building scalable automation solutions.
Review AI/automation workflows for reliability and efficiency.
Troubleshoot automation failures and integration issues.
Continuously explore new AI tools and technologies relevant to the business.
