About the Role
We are looking for interns from IITs, IIMs, and other Tier 1 institutions who are interested in solving real-world problems at the intersection of impact consulting, governance, and technology.
You will work on projects spanning areas such as urban development & planning, waste management, water recycling, public systems, and tech-enabled governance.

What You’ll Work On
Research and analysis of complex public-sector and development challenges
Stakeholder and ecosystem mapping
Benchmarking and problem diagnosis
Data-driven solution design and implementation planning
Supporting projects related to urban planning, sustainability, and governance
Exploring the use of technology, data, and AI to improve public systems and service delivery

Who We’re Looking For
Robust analytical and structured problem-solving skills




Ability to research independently and synthesize information clearly
Curiosity about governance, public policy, sustainability, and social impact
Comfort working with ambiguous, open-ended problems
Strong ownership and willingness to learn

Experience with Remote Sensing, GIS, ArcGIS, or spatial analysis is an advantage for relevant projects, but not mandatory.
