Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Purple Miles is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Travel Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, transportation, and related services. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, preparing and presenting travel options, handling reservations and bookings, and resolving any travel-related issues.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors, ensuring adherence to company policies, and delivering prompt, courteous customer service throughout the travel lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to understand client needs and design suitable itineraries.
