About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MBA Fresher to join our team in Nehru Place, New Delhi.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates who want to build their career in Business Development, B2B Sales, ERP Solutions, and Technology Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels
• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Schedule and participate in client meetings and product demonstrations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline
• Maintain CRM and lead records
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Understand ERP solutions and business processes
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business targets




Requirements
✅ MBA / PGDM – Freshers are welcome
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good presentation and negotiation skills
✅ Strong interest in Sales & Business Development
✅ Comfortable speaking with clients over calls and meetings
✅ Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
An MBA specialization in Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related fields will be an advantage.
