Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging video content. Daily tasks include assembling and editing video sequences, trimming and arranging clips, synchronizing audio, adding transitions, and ensuring consistent visual style. The role also involves collaborating with creative directors and producers to interpret briefs, applying basic motion graphics and color grading, and preparing deliverables optimized for various platforms.



The Video Editor will maintain organized project files, manage multiple deadlines, and follow brand and quality guidelines throughout the production process.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including experience with industry-standard editing software.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain visual consistency and enhance footage quality.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand identity.
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work from briefs and storyboards.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage deadlines.
Relevant experience in an agency or media environment; a portfolio showcasing video projects is required.
Formal training or a degree/diploma in Film, Media, Animation, or a related field is an advantage.
