? We’re Hiring: Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations Technical Architect/Developer
Are you a hands-on D365 F&O; expert with deep roots in Dynamics AX and a passion for solving complex technical challenges? We are looking for a driven Technical Architect/Developer to join our team and lead high-impact enterprise projects.
? What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O; solutions using X++, C#, and SQL Server.
Lead technical architecture, integrations, and data migration (including legacy AX-to-D365 upgrades).
Build and optimize Data Entities, OData APIs, SSRS reports, and workflows.
Automate business processes using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Apps.
Manage builds, deployments, and environments via Azure DevOps, LCS, and RSAT.
Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-performance database management.
? Functional Focus Areas:
Experience in one or more of:



AR, AP, Production, Warehouse Management, or Project Management & Accounting.
? What We’re Looking For:
Deep technical expertise in D365 F&O; / AX 2012 R2/R3 architecture and development lifecycle.
Strong SQL Server administration skills (backup, security, performance tuning).
Proficiency in source control (TFS/Azure DevOps) – branching, merging, and release management.
A self-starter who thrives independently and collaboratively across teams.
