Role Summary

We are seeking an Engineering Leader to lead a cross-functional team of Technical Product Engineers, Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Support Analysts, and Innovation Engineers responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions across the Alliances portfolio. This role serves as a key technology delivery leader, partnering closely with Product Managers, Portfolio Architects, Innovation Engineers, internal domain teams, and external airline and technology partners to deliver business value and exceptional customer experiences.

The Engineering Leader is responsible for building and developing a high-performing engineering organization, driving execution of the technology roadmap, managing dependencies and delivery risks, coordinating across technology domains and partner organizations, and ensuring successful implementation of Alliance initiatives. This role requires robust leadership, technical acumen, stakeholder management,



and the ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct authority. ,

Role Responsibilities

People Leadership & Talent Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Product Engineers, Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Support Analysts, and Innovation Engineers.
Assess team capabilities, identify skill gaps, and establish training, mentoring, and development plans aligned with current and future portfolio needs.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, innovation, inclusion, and engineering excellence.
Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Build technical and domain expertise across the team, including integration, cloud, AI, airline, and partner ecosystem capabilities.

Delivery Leadership & Execution

Partner with Product Managers, Portfolio Architects, Innovation Engineers, and business stakeholders
