Role Description As a Social Media Intern (Unpaid) at Shoal, you will support the growth of our online presence and help communicate our vision across multiple platforms. This full-time remote role involves assisting with social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.



You will monitor trends, engage with online communities, and help shape campaigns that reflect Shoal’s philosophy of co-presence and synchronous interaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, sourcing and editing assets, tracking basic performance metrics, and collaborating with the team on new ideas to increase reach and engagement. You will also help maintain a consistent brand voice and support broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with an understanding of platform-specific best practices.
Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing, including awareness of audience targeting and campaign performance indicators.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and inclusive messages for diverse online audiences.
