Role Overview
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The role involves managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from creator identification and outreach to coordination, execution, and reporting.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, understand the creator ecosystem,



and be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines independently.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist influencers based on campaign objectives, audience, content style, and budget.
Handle creator outreach, communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with influencers, talent managers, agencies, and internal teams for campaign execution.
Manage campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and posting schedules.
Ensure creators deliver content as per agreed briefs and timelines.
Assist in commercials, negotiations, contracts, and campaign documentation.
Track campaign deliverables and maintain updated campaign records.
Monitor campaign performance and assist with preparing reports and insights.
Stay updated on creators, emerging talent, platform trends, and social media culture.
Attend shoots, events, meetings, and other work-related activities when required.
