Role Description This full-time Interior Engineer role at EPMS is an on-site position based in Chennai. The Interior Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and detailing interior spaces for construction and renovation projects, ensuring functionality, safety,
and aesthetics are aligned with client requirements and project standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors; preparing and reviewing drawings, layouts, and material specifications; and conducting site inspections to monitor progress and quality. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers to meet timelines and budgets, resolving technical issues, and providing regular updates and documentation. The Interior Engineer will also support client presentations, contribute to design improvements, and ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and company procedures.
Qualifications
